September 14. Care and compassion

Do some self-care today, even if it is just for 10 minutes. Forgive yourself for all the real and imagined mistakes you made this week. Speak gently and kindly to yourself.

Forgive yourself for not listening to your intuition or for saying yes when you wanted to say no. For putting others needs at the cost to yourself.

Your inner child needs some tlc today. Just place your hand on your heart and say “I love you (your name) and I forgive you”

The care and compassion you feel for yourself will translate to care and compassion to others as well.
