Don’t worry, be happy.

A simple message yet can make or break a day. If you’re in a bad mood or woke up grumpy, go to the mirror and turn up the corners of your mouth. The best part about fake smiling in the mirror is that within 30 seconds it becomes a real one. Who can resist that face right 😜?!!

If you find someone troubling you during the day, smile and wave goodbye kissies to them, in your head that is πŸ˜›. Play truant at work and go out for a coffee or lunch with the office people. Do something that is fun for you and try to do it during the day (don’t wait till it’s ‘convenient’ to have fun).

Also, see the big picture and ask yourself how much fun do I have at work and in life? What can I do to add that enjoyment and fun? Don’t quit your job after reading this though πŸ˜‚.

You know what they say “if you can’t do what you love, then you’d better start loving what you do”. Ask, what energy do I bring to my place of work? What can I do differently that it will make work fun for me?
